Introductory Meeting Series
A series of introductory public meetings were held in late February and early March in the East and South Bays. At these meetings, the public met the two project partners, San Mateo County Transit District (District) and Cross Bay Transit Partners (CBTP) to learn about the Dumbarton Transportation Corridor’s background, goals, funding, timeline and process. About 500 members of the public, elected officials, environmental advocates, community leaders, and members of the media attended the meetings.

Community commentary included topics such as project costs, allocation of current funds toward the project, and requests for a regional, clean, and sustainable transportation system.
